Shipping policy

🚚 Shipping conditions – GLAM Collection Paris

These Shipping Conditions form an integral part of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).

1. Delivery areas

We deliver our products within mainland France and to selected European countries, including (but not limited to): Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Monaco.

2. Shipping fees

Handling and shipping fees are not included in the product prices displayed. These fees are calculated and clearly indicated at the order confirmation stage, before final payment.

If your order is shipped in several parcels, shipping fees will only be charged once.

3. Delivery times

The total delivery time includes both the order processing and dispatch time, plus the carrier’s transit time.

Estimated delivery times vary and are specified during checkout when you validate your order. They are also stated in the order confirmation email and available in your customer account (“My account / My orders”).

Delivery address: Products are delivered to the address you provide during the order process. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please note: GLAM Collection Paris (La Perle Précieuse) cannot be held liable for any consequences of delivery delays, in particular in cases of force majeure or carrier‑related issues.

4. Receipt of parcel and delivery issues

To ensure correct receipt of your order, please follow the instructions below.

A. If you are absent at delivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will normally be left in your mailbox.
You will then be able to collect your parcel from the Post Office indicated on the notice, within 10 days of the notice being left.

B. Anomalies on delivery (damaged, missing or non‑conforming parcel)
When receiving your parcel, it is essential to:

  • Check that the goods delivered are correct and complete.

  • Note any anomaly (opened parcel, damaged or missing product) directly on the carrier’s delivery slip as precise handwritten reservations, followed by your signature.
