General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the sales by La Perle Précieuse SAS of products offered on the website www.glamcollection.fr, it being specified that the products sold on this site are intended for consumers only. Validation of an order for a product offered on www.glamcollection.fr constitutes your express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without the need for a handwritten signature.

www.glamcollection.fr is a service of La Perle Précieuse SAS, a company with share capital of €5,000, whose registered office is at 9, rue Anatole de la Forge, 75017 Paris, France, SIRET 842 597 254.

Article 1 – Prices

1.1 The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding handling and shipping fees. These additional costs are calculated and shown to you at the final order validation step (see Shipping Conditions). The site reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time your order is recorded.

1.2 For deliveries within the European Union: your order amount is calculated including all applicable taxes. The tax applied corresponds to the Value Added Tax in force in the country of delivery of your order.

1.3 Products remain the property of La Perle Précieuse until full payment of the price has been received by La Perle Précieuse.

Article 2 – Ordering

Orders are placed online at www.glamcollection.fr. Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery. The site reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment of a previous order.

By placing an order, you declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by www.glamcollection.fr constitute proof of all transactions between the site and its customers. The site will make every effort to process all orders.

Article 3 – Availability

Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stock. Errors or modifications may exceptionally occur. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email or telephone of a partial delivery or of the cancellation of the order. The customer will then be refunded all or part of their order within a maximum of 30 days after placing the order.

Article 4 – Payment

4.1 Method of payment
Payment is made exclusively online by bank card (Visa, CB, Eurocard or Mastercard). The customer’s account will be debited within a maximum of 4 days following the order date and the order will be considered effective once the payment centres have confirmed their agreement. All purchase transactions are carried out securely using SSL encryption. When you click “Confirm” to validate your order, our banking partner checks the validity of the card number and ensures that it is not blocked.

The site never has access to your full card details and does not store them on its servers; they will therefore be requested again for any new transaction. You are thus doubly protected against misuse and fraud.

4.2 Secure payment
In line with our commitment to payment security, the site checks the reliability of the information entered when an order is registered, as part of efforts to combat online payment fraud and protect all consumers. The site may therefore implement a verification procedure to prevent fraudulent use of a customer’s bank details. As part of this procedure, the site reserves the right to ask the customer to send (by email, fax or post) a copy of both sides of an identity document and a proof of address less than three months old. The order will only be shipped once these documents have been checked. The requested documents must be received within six working days following the request; otherwise, the site reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

Article 5 – Delivery

5.1 General points
Products purchased on www.glamcollection.fr are delivered in mainland France and to certain European countries (including, but not limited to, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Monaco). Total delivery time includes order processing and dispatch, plus the carrier’s transit time. Indicative delivery times vary and are specified at checkout, then restated in the order confirmation email and in “My account / My orders”. Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided when ordering. The site reserves the right to split shipments; in such cases, handling and shipping fees are only charged once. The site cannot be held liable for the consequences of any delivery delay.

5.2 Delivery issues
If you are absent at delivery, a delivery notice is normally left in your mailbox, allowing you to collect the parcel from your Post Office within 10 days.

Upon receipt of your parcel, you must:

• Check that the goods delivered match your order.

• Note any anomaly on the carrier’s delivery slip in the form of precise handwritten reservations, followed by your signature.

• Confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three working days.

If items need to be returned, a return request must be submitted to our customer service (via the contact form) within fifteen days of delivery. After this period, no claim will be accepted. In case of delay or missing product, the customer may contact Customer Service via the contact form on www.glamcollection.fr.

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse because it could not be delivered (unclaimed, incorrect address, etc.), the customer is notified by email. If there is no response from the customer within 3 months from this email, the site reserves the right to cancel the order. If a postal investigation is required (abnormally long transit time, non‑delivery, etc.), the customer has 6 months from the shipping date to notify the site; after this period, no claim can be considered.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221‑18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a cooling‑off period of fourteen full days from receipt of the goods to return any product.

This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the delivered products have clearly been used on a lasting basis (beyond a short test). Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging and in perfect resalable condition (cellophane intact, perfume pump not used, product not damaged or soiled), together with any accessories. Any parcel for which the sender cannot be identified (name, first name, address, order number) will not be accepted.

Return of all products or services ordered will result in a refund equal to all sums paid by the customer. Refunds will be made within 30 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal and will be processed using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, where possible. No cash‑on‑delivery return will be accepted. If the payment card used has expired, the site reserves the right to request alternative details to process the refund.

Article 7 – Products

Products offered for sale comply with French legislation and applicable French standards. The site makes every effort to ensure that product photographs faithfully represent the items offered. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description of its main characteristics. In case of a clear discrepancy between the product characteristics and its representation, the customer may return the product and request a refund in accordance with Article 6 above.

Article 8 – Personal data protection

In accordance with French data‑protection law, you have a right of access, rectification and objection regarding data concerning you, which may be exercised by contacting www.glamcollection.fr at the address indicated on the site. Your data may be shared with the commercial partners of www.glamcollection.fr, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Article 9 – Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or validity of these Terms, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
