Welcome to GLAM Collection Paris. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GLAM Collection Paris. GLAM Collection Paris operates this shop and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and related services, in order to provide you, as a customer, with a personalised shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
The Terms of Service below, together with all related policies (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including disclaimers and limitations of liability.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. GLAM Collection Paris reserves the right to accept or refuse any order, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until we have confirmed it and processed your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, or if we modify or cancel an order, we will try to inform you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided at checkout.
Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy (https://glamcollection.fr/policies/shipping-policy). You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 – Prices and billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will appear in your order‑confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices exclude taxes, shipping and handling fees and any customs or import duties.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events beyond our reasonable control. Once we hand over products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

The Services, including without limitation all trademarks, trade names, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement of these elements, are owned by GLAM Collection Paris, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual‑property laws.
You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.
